Alice Cheatham - VP of Service
Year in school: Senior
Favorite Class: Crisis Comm Special topics with Hank.
Dream Job: Director of Communications for the Westminster Kennel Club dog show!
How I got involved in PRSSA: I heard about it from class visits, wanted to get involved because I felt lonely not knowing anyone in my classes, and talked to some of the people I knew who were on the board already and asked if it was worth it. Of course they said it was! So I went to a couple events, saw how fun it was and signed up!
Advice to current/future PRSSA members: Just enroll! Yes it might seem like money you don’t want to spend, but what you will get so much back in connections, friends, experiences and opportunities if you’re willing to go for them!
What I want to accomplish on the Executive Board: I want to accomplish being part of something that will encourage and empower other students to take part in the fun and get involved! I want to help people have the opportunity to give meaningful service and do something for someone else amidst their busy student life!
