Daniella Teerlink

VP of Service, VP of Advocacy

Daniella Teerlink is originally from a suburb of Sacramento, California called Gold River.  She currently is working for the Alumni Association for Utah Valley University as a fund raiser for the buildings, programs, and scholarships for the university.  Daniella is a transfer student from Brigham Young University-Idaho.  After she received her Associates degree from BYU-Idaho she transferred to Utah Valley University to pursue a career in the Communications Department.

An emphasis in PR was chosen because of the varied interests and diversity that comes with each client.  Working with tech companies, the entertainment industry, sports, and so many others is a career that provides a lot of interest and constantly evolving.

Daniella has a deep love for the cinema.  With this genuine interest in movies she was able to study with L.A. film producer, Lance Williams, more about the aspects of film.

Daniella has always loved looking outside of herself and serving others and learning more about other people and hearing their stories.  She has received two President’s Volunteer Service Awards from President Obama for over 400 hours of community service.  She has also traveled to Beijing, China as an Ambassador for the U.S. for the 2008 Pre-Olympics.  While there she was able to interact with the people of China and gain a greater respect for their traditions and customs.
